I found these in my yard today:

Habitat: On growing on the top part of a tree stump.
Gills: White tannish color. Attached to the cap.
Stems: Dark brown. Attached in large clusters.
Caps: Dark brown. Shiny look to them. Tan around the edges.
Bruising: No noticeable bruising.
Location: Picked in New York, USA.

Hard to tell from those shitty pics. They could be a lot of things, including the deadly galerina autumnalis. They also kind of look like flammulina velutipes. But a spore print is needed in order to determine remotely what they are. Deffinitely not active, and don't eat.

It could be a Lyophyllum or Armillaria or something else.

It isn't magic, don't eat it.
