Let them sit and then dunk them as they become 100%. You don't have to wait on all of them to be fully colonized.

Why would it be recommended to wait for all of them to be fully colonized? Just put them in your fc as they get fully colonized. For example, if you have one that is 100% plus the extra week, put it in and if you have another that is 70% just wait on it.

Why would that be? The number of cakes in the fruiting chamber doesn't have much to do with pinning time..... Each cake is its own deal. From what I understand the poster is asking if they can put the cakes in the fc as they become completely done (i.e. a week after full colonization)while leaving the ones that aren't to finish colonizing outside the fruiting chamber.

My jars have been colonizing for 5 weeks and 3 out of 7 are almost 100 % some are at 60 or 70. should I draw the line after so long?

I can see how it's easily overlooked as a noob because the first results of any search direct you to 4+ years ago. Ooo I see there's a "save settings" option in the advanced search where we can filter out old threads forever!
