Quick Casing Qeustion

Hello again,

so one of my casings has colonized the casing layer pretty well.  I've been misting two to three times a day as needed since the 31st (The day they were fruited).  As I said the Myc has colonized the casing layer to the point where it is due to pin any time now.  My question is this, I know I should stop misting at this point, but if the casing looks too dry, is a light misting ok?  Will it hinder the pinning?  Or should I just let it be?  Thank you everyone for any input you may have, I know I can always count on you folks

You don't want to stop misting until hyphal knots form, if even then. The main thing is to always air out the chamber so there's no sitting/standing water and you'll be fine. You can lay down a sheet of wax paper over the top of the tray to help hold a humid micro-climate at the surface.

Thanks RR. I'm using a cool mist hooked up to a mini greenhouse and the piping blows in from the top. So anything directly under it drys out a bit, but everywhere else inside the greenhouse is fine. I should maybe consider re-routing the piping to the side?
