for your first picture and more for your description of the mushrooms i may think you have some agaricus, or maybe a lepiota for the powdery thing you say in the cap , and judging the second picture i thought that an alien invasion have take place , was decide to run however i think they may eat mushrooms and be friendly,i come in peace...

Why don't you have enough time to do a spore print. You should have all the time in the world when it comes to identifying mushrooms. Are you in that much of a hurry to eat a random unidentified mushroom you found?

no it was because i couldnt just leave the mushrooms lieing around for anyone to see. if i do a proper spore print, will it help identify whether i can eat it or not?

for sure. spore prints are a very reliable way of narrowing down your list of possibles.
however, i can tell you right now that whatever it is that you've found, it's not active...so if that is your motivation for wanting to consume this mushroom, then forget it.
i agree with cactu; either agaricus or lepiota but it's hard to tell from the webcam. best not to eat it man, it's not worth the risk.
