What to do with baby salvia plants

I just got a few cuttings inside of one plastic cup filled with dirt. They have pretty big leaves, but some of them are wilted. I am going to move each of them into their own pot, but I have no idea what type of soil would be best or the proper way to take care of them. I read that they prefer half-shade, but that they also can do well under at 400hps. And how often for watering?
Is there a link I can read that will help me care for this new life entrusted to me? Any advice? These are my first plants.
Thanks...

please do not water them every day or you will kill them, you have to let the soil just about dry up before watering it again or the roots Will rot. also if you are using a humidity dome it will take the soil longer to dry out .
they do like high humidity and you can mist the plant every day under the dome, i also like to mist the dome to keep the humidity high
for soil i use a soil perlite 50-50 mix, this way the soil drys out quicker, the soil mix is loose to promote root growth and is well draining so the roots have lees chance to sit in water and rot.
good luck

IME flourescent light is more than enough for salvia, when i put them near my HPS they didnt like it, but then again i have seen cases where people grew successfully with direct HPS light... anyway in their native habitat they dont recieve a great deal of direct light...
nor do i mist when they are in a humidity chamber, i dont see the need when the RH is sky high anyway... but again some people do mist frequently when in that situation...
just dont water every day like the first reply in this thread said, thats the worst advice ive heard for the reasons that royer stated... 90% of the posts in this forum along the lines of "my salvia plant is sick" the problem was related to overwatering...
so its all open to interpretation really, u have to experiment and see wot your plants like
just remember that salvia is very sensitive to sudden changes in environment so if u are going to change anything do it gradually...

Very sensitive indeed, but after time you'll learn what your plants needs pretty easily.
