Seeding the great outdoors

Hey there,
Couldn't find this topic in the faq's so thought I'd ask. If a person had a healthy growing batch that had run through all of it's flushes and was ready to be discarded, could the left overs be placed in a compost heap (composed mainly of rotted horse manure) and have any chance of mycelium continuing on through the heap with (hopefully) a nice payoff down the line. Also, does anyone know anybody that has successfully 'seeded' horse manure in a pasture where no shrooms currently exist? By the way, if this is covered in a faq that I've missed, just point me too it, no need to repeat anything just for me.

With the proper conditions you can feasibly grow outdoors. Depends some-what on where you live... You may have to find a psilocybin mushroom that is optimal for your growing conditions.
