As far as I know if the sub is contaminated with Trich or some other mold, then the spores will be contaminated with it as well. I remember reading that if your sub got hit with cobweb mold, then the spores will have cobweb mold spores stuck to them and then your prints/syringes from that project will be contaminated and thats how cobweb mold gets started in vitro. I'm almost positive your spore prints will have trich contams on them if thats whats on your sub. The question is whether those prints will still be viable, since I know lots/most prints are contaminated at least a little and usually the mycelium outgrows the contams. I think that since the Trich contamination is apparently so serious and trich is notorious for contaminating shit and also indistinguishable from cubensis myc at first, that you should definetly not attempt to make prints from those.
