Since I let some contams get out of hand I was wondering what percentage of bleach you use in your bleach water for a good cleaning.

1 part bleach + 4 parts water. Wet all surfaces well and let sit for five minutes. Then rinse THOROUGHLY as bleach is very corrosive

1 part bleach 4 of water (20%) is what is used in hospitals. If it is for smaller or smoothe surfaces you can follow with an alcohol wipe (that is wipe with alcohol)

It is for a shack, so I can corrode anything. Pretty much everything is wood and nasty, always has been nasty. So do I have to rinse it or can I just let it evap and air out?

wood won't corrode too badly. If it is wood I suggest leaving it and applying a few times. That is what I was always told to do to deep clean wooden chopping boards.
