It always awesome to get good results, you got a nice flush there, good job! I too started with PF technique, after a while i learned to use store-bought composted cow manure mixed with pastured straw spawned from grain, i got better results from that. As far as smelling like blueberries i dont know what that could be from, but i always thought cubensis mycelium smelled sweet like, kind of appetizing.

Can't think of any reason anyone would want to put your grow down, (flame). Those are great looking fruits! Awesome Job. Although, I colonized BRF/Verm cakes, I've always crumbled them and cased them in a pan. If you have those kind of results with cakes, you should try crumbling them and casing them. Better pin set and more fruits in my opinion. Get the hang of casing then go to grain. Once you go to grain, you'll wonder why you've been doing cakes all this time. LOL!

That is some exceptional results from cakes, the size of those makes up for the number.
Were they from multi spore?? I think u should be making a few clone LC,s from those.
This was my first flush from my first cakes to pin.

..still got two more cakes that he just birthed to start pinning and one that he cased.
i know that it's nothing fckin awesome or anything but it's his first grow and he's happy with it. well worth the time and effort he put into it and it's still just the first flush so please dont flame.
what should he try next as an 'intermediate' level grower?
wbs? rye?
dont really want to make this into a flame thread like which one is better but what did everyone else do when they stepped up from pf cakes? (assuming that you started with cakes.)
oh, and one more question.
his casing smells very strongly of blueberries. i dont know why. the container it is in has never been used and i cant even think of anything remotely blueberry related that we have been around. so what do y'all think? maybe someone used my tupperware for blueberry cobbler and didn't tell me?
dry weight?
