I have those lovely 8 WBS bag, all made with the Monstermitch technique, all the 8 one at the same time....
Each bag have received 5cc (½syringue) from these 4 strains, Ecuador, Brazilian, GT, B ....
Now its been over a week, The ECUADOR and the BRAZILIAN are colonizing like crazy, already over 50%... But the B and the GT, ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OF LIFE... my bag are as sterile as they were when it got out of the P.C..... ????????????????????
and i had doubt about those 2 syringue i looked at them before in the light with a magnifier glass , the GT and the B they where just like the sterilired water the syringue they send me..... I bought it from a sponsors here, it could be that they just have been a mistake and labeled sterle water syringue or somethin ?
i will contact them and ask, but i would like to have ur opinion on all this too ?... Could it be they will need longer time to colonize ??? I doubt it...
i still have plenty of those syringe, a bunch look good, some look like water....
-----------
Now to keep my WBS bag, do i still have time to RE-Inject em...??
thks..

Did you let them cool down before inoculation? Thats the only mistake I can think of otherwise the spores were bad.

yup.. they were cooled down like 16~hours or more , and everything was perfect... + they were done in to 2 different batches in two day, the first one EQ + GT, and the second day i made BRA + B+ ... so its not like i would have done GT and B+ the bad one in the same batch...
QUOTE : " otherwise the spores were bad " Bad Spores ?... when are spores bad..? old ..? not sterile ? ..
thanks

Can one see spores with a magnifying glass? Don't you need a microscope?

well to be fair i dont think its the best way.. but i could definetly see some spores floats when playing with the syringue in the light and that magnifier....
there might have been some 'invisible spores' in the GT and B+syringue... but it looked quite simillar to the Sterile water syringue when compared to the others spore syringue....

If you think the bags wont get to wet you can try and inoculate them again. Its not like it would hurt anything if theres no signs of growth by now.
