I'm seriously considering starting my own T-shirt store.
I mean, I have ideas, so why the fuck not, right?
It doesn't really take long to come up with some slogan or witticism to put on a shirt.
look, I did this in Photoshop in under 15 minutes:

Would you buy this shirt? Cuz I gots plenty more ideas in the old noggin.

Once you exercise this freedom you've lost all control over what you do, what is produced, and how it is produced. And in the end, the product doesn't belong to you. The only way you can avoid bosses and jobs is if you don't care about making a living. Which leads to the second freedom: the freedom to starve." - Tom Morello

I think you're confusing communism (which doesn't really exist in any real form) with fascism and/or totalitarianism which most definitely does.

I don't get it. That shirt doesn't make sense. But on the upside some people might buy shirts that do make sense.
On the downside, a whole lot of shirts with writing on them are lame. If I saw someone wearing that shirt I would think to myself: "If you want me to know that prohibition=communism that bad then why don't you just say it to me so I can ask you what the hell you're talking about"

I guess it depends on which angle you look at it from.
yes, prohibition is a fascist, totalitarian philosophy, from a human rights/ civil liberties perspective.
But from an economic perspective, its also communism, because its a direct intervention by the government into the free market. The government's 'authority' to tell people what they can and cannot buy and sell, consume, or possess, is a communist policy, ideologically speaking.
Honestly, this shirt's intended audience is Republicans who think we live in a free market society. Maybe if some Republican sees someone wearing this shirt it will make him think and realize that by prohibiting the sale, consumption, and possession of any product, we are no better than a communist dictatorship, which Republicans would strongly oppose. Communism is still a hotbutton issue for some older conservatives, thus this shirt is designed to psychologically manipulate their fear of communism into a rejection of current drug policies.

I doubt that! A t-shirt slogan never won anyone over politically as far as I know.

It would be better to try to sell your shirts to head shops around the country. This is where the market for pot related clothing is. The traffic going into those stores wants to buy marijuana related merchandise. If your shirts are appealable they will catch people's attention there.
Pros- Less overhead, larger market.
Cons- Already established competition, your shirt sucks.
Good luck!

I gotta agree with all of that. Smoke a blunt and try to invent a hyper-psychedelic shirt.

rather than throwing your beliefs onto the designs, open up a print shop so that people can conveniently create their own t-shirts.

You have no concept of what communism is.
And that's despite your thinking you do.
You're an idiot.
