That's their answer to everything
-------------------- Welcome evermore to gods and men is the self-helping man. For him all doors are flung wide: him all tongues greet, all honors crown, all eyes follow with desire. Our love goes out to him and embraces him, because he did not need it. ~ R.W. Emerson, "Self-Reliance"

with 1.3billion people - they got plenty to spare!
good policy though - they definitely cannot afford to house all their criminals in jail - so just kill 'em. a bullet is mad cheap - especially when produced in china

there would be nothing against the law in most states for handling a situation like this.
The problem is weird department policies; like its okay to have a hi speed chase through a residential neighborhood of some guy w/out a license, but its not okay to shoot someone threatening a child unless he's got a gun pointed at him...
But I honestly think we should be throwing potheads in jail more than child rapers... our resource allocation is about right i think

sarcasm? maybe it's becuase i just took a GB, but that sentence doesn't make sense to me.
It reads as though you're implying that there should be more potheads in jail than rapists because the ratio of criminals in those prospective categories is so skewed? (there are way more potheads than rapists)
or are you implying that smoking weed is worse than raping a child?
i'm so confused

They probably also send the guys parents/wife/children a bill for the bullet.
They do that for executions.

funny thing is if that happened in the united states...most of the replies to this would be "OMG THE US IS SO EVIL"
-------------------- "If we could sniff or swallow something that would, for five or six hours each day, abolish our solitude as individuals, atone us with our fellows in a glowing exaltation of affection and make life in all its aspects seem not only worth living, but divinely beautiful and significant, and if this heavenly, world-transfiguring drug were of such a kind that we could wake up next morning with a clear head and an undamaged constitution - then, it seems to me, all our problems (and not merely the one small problem of discovering a novel pleasure) would be wholly solved and earth would become paradise." - Aldous Huxley GIVE ME OPIATES OR GIVE ME DEATH

what's a gb?
yeah, I was being sarcastic.
If you look at our expenditures on prisons and law enforcment, pot and other drugs are where our priority is... sad but true. And they say they don't have the money to provide drug treatment, college, psychiatric care to those who want and need it.

Either that or "What ever happened until innocent until proven guilty?"
