thats the most retarded thing ive seen in a while, other than a bunch of people believing we have terrorist that want our "freedom" as if it is a tangible thing.
all religions are all the same. they have all the same bases but different names etc, people should be worshipping the sun because it rose today and brought life, not some named man with long hair.
it disgusts me when she thinks Bush is doing anything good in office. people need to open their eyes and figure out what gov. ties he has.
Zeitgeist the movie goes into full detail how religion is all the same, and the movie Endgame is a good watch to learn how the Bilderberg group is slowly unifying the world for global gov.

oh yeah - I saw it. I think it is remarkable how very much like witches these born again's are. 1) Group consciousness raising circles.(those meeting halls when they all pray on one outcome)
2)Simpathetic magic (smashing coffee cups to smash abortion)
3) Using a child's energy/will to assert change (showing those kids the fetuses' and telling them to pray to stop abortion)
It was amazing. the only difference I could see between witches and born again's is that the witches I know seem less crazy / less controlling. Their lifestyle and beliefs are more organic.( of course there are always extremes, but I mean onthe whole)
These born again's seem brainwashed, and totally convinced if they stray from jesus something bad is going to happen. Its as if they are constantly looking over their shoulder for the debbil. Has anyone ever heard of flagellation, when you wear girdles of spikes, and whip yourself because jesus was whipped, but it turns you on, in a sick sort of way. Thats the feeling I got from the people in Jesus Camp. A sick turn on with god. OoD

Yeaa....so about that Harry Potter thing....the bitch is obviously crazy. If a fictional character can give children hope and dreams, why destroy it?

Harry Potter is a threat to potential customers (kids) they just cant risk kids thinking for themselves, if they do, they will never be able to swallow the born again agenda.

I get sick of people saying all religions are the same... and that they control you, et cet. There are several I'm aware of that have a core doctrine (i.e. bible) but the church itself advocates personal choice on issues like homosexuality, drugs, abortion, et cet.
Most of the people I've met in real life who proclaim all religions are the same usually have no clue what they're talking about.
For example, take a look at some information from the mennonite church (USA)
abortion: http://www.mennoniteusa.org/NewItems/delegates/cong_res_abortion.pdf
War, (iraq in particular) This is our faith: 15 We believe that peace is the will of God. God created the world in peace, and God’s peace is most fully 16 revealed in Jesus Christ, who is our peace and the peace of the whole world. Led by the Holy Spirit, we 17 follow Christ in the way of peace, doing justice, bringing reconciliation, and practicing nonresistance, even 18 in the face of violence and warfare. (Article 22, Confession of Faith in a Mennonite Perspective, 1995) http://www.mennoniteusa.org/NewItems/delegates/IraqstatementCharlotte0705.pdf
Sepperation of Church and State "Early leaders rejected the grip of church-state control over individuals' lives. Their ideas and insistence on separation between church and state are equally important today in an era of terrorism and a governmental response that tends to suppress the rights of individuals and nonconformist communities." http://www.thirdway.com/menno/?Topic=23|Basic+Beliefs
But yeah, that movie is interesting... pure kiddie brainwashing, but whatever... Those were the kids in my highschool that got vd, smoked pot at 14, et cet. It seems like the ultra conservative parents' kids either turn out like them or completely opposite (suprisingly often).

-------------------- "America touts itself as the land of the free, but the number one freedom that you and I have is the freedom to enter into a subservient role in the workplace. Once you exercise this freedom you've lost all control over what you do, what is produced, and how it is produced. And in the end, the product doesn't belong to you. The only way you can avoid bosses and jobs is if you don't care about making a living. Which leads to the second freedom: the freedom to starve." - Tom Morello

if someone wants to hand a kid a bible so he can read it himself and come to his own conclusions, thats fine. i have nothing against people spreading their beliefs. However, i am very against any organized religion that teaches personal interpretations of it.

I am kind of like god, but a lot better.
