and even if you are doing something incredibly serious, HPPD would in no way get in the way. You probably wouldnt even notice it because truely serious circumstances have their own way of becoming the forefront of anything else thats going on. Even if a person is flying on mushrooms or something and something really serious happens, that person plummets almost to base level in order to deal with the seriousness, at least thats how it is with myself and everyone else i know that does these things.

HPPD is sweet! Have you ever noticed how much classroom carpets, the inside of your eyelids, and white ceilings have to offer? It's your creative subconscious sprayed onto the walls when you least expect it, but non-intrusively. As an artist, it is a blessing! Does it get in the way of normal activity? Hell no! HPPD is your mind saying "we should do this more often". Embrace it. The people who it affects negatively were too goddamn afraid of the mild hallucination in the first place. However, these are just the erratic ramblings of someone with mild HPPD.

I have a lot of residual tracers from doing PEA's like 2c-t-2, 2c-i, 2c-b, etc. They very rarely bother me, its just something I've learned to live with.
I was doing these things A LOT. I've also tripped mushrooms A LOT. But I'm convinced it was the PEA's that caused the residual tracers/visuals. In my book mushies are pretty safe - short-term and long-term.
