That's a pretty crappy definition in my humble opinion, like saying diplomatic hedging in negotiation rooms is terrorism.
I guess if you wanted to be abstract about it you could say that this is akin to the "terrorism" definition that evokes images of 9/11, but I don't think it is a working definition.
Still, I get what the clip is trying to say, and perhaps it is better expressed through the quote "war is weapon of the strong and we glorify it, terrorism is the weapon of the weak and we demonize it"
I'm not sure who said that.

This country was built on terrorism...Sons of Liberty went around burning houses down...thats terrorism. In fact, Sons of Liberty were so important to us, their symbol is on our flag...red and white stripes. Yes we are terrorist.

Good point... History hinges on destruction of the old and construction of the new. We must ask who is doing the destruction, and who benefits from what comes after.

Taken literally this statement makes little to no sense, because war and terrorism are factually very very similar acts.
It only makes sense if the author of the quote was speaking in terms of how the terms "war" and "terrorism" are spun by politicians and media...
the quote at the end of the clip says it all "See the world in a new way... focus on ACTIONS rather than uniforms and slogans"

Yep, that's what they're getting at. War and Terrorism are just euphemisms for political violence/murder. Definitions are all very subjective.
For example in the case of a person stealing food for survival, are they a a criminal for stealing? Or is the bread merchant a criminal for denying food to a starving woman? Depends on your definition of Crime.
Often the defintion depends on who is in charge. When the Bush administration commits political violence it is war, when desperate young men attack occupying soldiers, it is terrorism. Still the video definition is deliberately vague, making it easy to accuse the Bush administration of "terrorism". But it is easy to do that anyway.
Karl Von Clausewitz describes war as "politics by other means". Chew on that for a while.;)
