Allergies?

Im not allergic to anything as far as I know and last night I was getting constantly itchy, really annoying when your trying to relax to fall asleep. It usually lasts for 20min to an hour then slowly goes away. I did notice that when I was walking and about I dont get itchy as much but when Im in bed it comes on much stronger, could be a combination of factors including being less occupied so you notice it more.

Dont know why it happened but I suspect now that winter is coming around ppl will be turning on their heaters which will make the air drier and in turn make your skin drier which might make it itchy.

I live up in Canada and have almost no insects in my house except the occasional indoor spider (scrawny weaklings with long legs) and the rare sighting of silver fish.

You can get oils that you put on after your done taking a shower all over your body. My mom does this to keep her skin moist, I never tried it myself but if its dry skin it should help and possibly make the itching go away.
