How do you recommend cleaning the mushrooms w/o hurting them? Also there are a couple that look like they have some mycelium growing on a couple of the big stems is that a bad thing what should i do about it? Thanks A LOT

Mycelium growth on the stems is nothing to worry about. You can use an old tooth brush to clean the casing of off the stems.

Nice job!
W/R/T verm and mycelium, just snip off with a scissor, or, as someone else suggested, use an old toothbrush. Be sure to dry them thoroughly - cracker dry - before storing. N.B.
