New to growing, a few questions.

I recently bought this grow kit and I want to buy spores. What are the best (psilocybe) strains to grow for a beginner that still yields potent mushrooms and a decent harvest? I saw "A" strain, and thought that had a pretty good reputation.
Another question I have is, when you harvest the mushrooms do you just twist the caps off of the mushrooms? If this is the case, how do more mushrooms grow in that jar with the stems still blossoming everywhere? Do I have to pull them out? Do I need to re-inject them with spores after my first harvest?
My final question is: where can I find a good tutorial on how to collect my spores in either a syringe or on a print, because I definitely do not want to wait to get more spores shipped to my house.
Thanks!

You are oveously very new to mycology and you should spend several hours reading about how mushrooms grow and all the teks you can use. Start HERE

I still cannot find an answer to my question (i've been reading up on cultivation for a couple hours now, i feel ive got most of it).
If I have a cake (pf tek) how do I get more than 1 flush out of it? Must I just pick the stems out and then let the cake stay in the fruiting chamber to grow?

When you harvest you pick the whole mushroom and every thing off the cake then dunk it and put it bake in the FC. You can repeat this several times but a PF cake only give 2-5 flushes. If you want more look in to casing or Grains like WBS

anyways i'm quite a noob myself but the best advice i can give is make sure you have a good FC tek and make sure you have an incubator and everything... maybe its just the strain i got but i didnt incubate, the jars were colonizing at 60-70 avg and it took FOREVER.
gather alot of info first, if you get like a month into it and fuck up you will be really pissed.

shrewm, heres my FC/Incubator

It is two 30gal rubbermaid totes, one inside the other with about 10-15gals of water with bleach, 200w aquarium heater and a water pump in between
with this set up all you have to do to go from incubation to fruting is turn down the heater and put on a light lid(Lid with a piece of plexiglass cut in to it)

unless you live in an igloo your stuff will colonize just fine at room temp. when you pic your mushrooms make sure you get all of the mushroom so that the leftover wont rot and contaminate your cake. some people use a scapel i feel they come off just fine by twisting them a little.
to get more than 1 flush after your cakes are done flushing the 1st time let them sit a few days in the fruiting chamber and "rest" then dunk them again for 24 hours and roll them in dry vermeculite and place back into fruiting conditions.
