Pasteurize or Sterilize my Dung Bros dung

Hello
I picked up some Dung Bros dung, pre-pastuerized. I didn't have jars so it sat in a bin. Can I just pressure cook this stuff? It almost seems liek it needs to be more than pastuerized, I think there may be traces of slight mold, no biggie though. If I do pastuerize, should I just put it in a pillowcase at about 150 and submerge.. OH, and also, could I ever just put this stuff on a pan and bake it? I have a feeling submerging is what you'll recommend. Just your two cents please.

MO is to pastuerise at 170-175 F. Make sure to drain well and to squeeze any excess moisture out.
