Liquid blobs on Bulk Substrate. Bacillus?

Just checked my bulk Substrate (hpoo) today and its done colonizing, but theres a problem. There are three globs of clear liquid sitting on the surface of the substrate. About 6-12 CC's of liquid each in my estimate. They are all sitting on different areas of the substrate, about 10 centimeters apart from each other. My best geusse is Bacillus bacteria but Im hoping its just water. There is no smell of bacteria comming from the substrate. I soaked up the liquid with toilet paper and the mycelium underneath looked fine except for being a bit wet looking.I cut out some small amount of the substrate from the places that looked particularly wet and underneath was drier, healthy looking myc.
This is my first attempt at a bulk substrate. I pasteurized the hpoo and used old spawn that did not smell funky. The tray was covered with tinfoil and left to incubate in a room at normal temperature. Moisture content was optimal (field capacity), or slightly less than. At one point something heavy was set on top of the substrate causing moist poo to be stuck to the foil, I suspect this may have caused a problem.
One other thing to note is that the mycelium looks kinda funny, it is very spiky and rhizomorphic in most places.
Has anyone ever witnessed water pooling on top of a Hpoo bulk substrate. What about bacillus contamination that doesent smell and forms blobs of clear liquid on the top of the casing.
If it is Bacillus is it safe to fruit, since about >%95 of the casings show absolutely no sign of contamination.

It sounds like metabolites. If you're casing, just apply the casing layer right over the top of it. RR

If you're not casing, you simply expose to fruiting conditions. If there's a LOT of metabolites, you can dab them up with the corner of a clean paper towel. RR
