In the middle of fruiting what about humidity??

Hey guys, I had two separate chambers for fruiting, a big one for casing, and a small one for cakes The cakes were kept at 95-100 humidity for the first 3 days of pinning, while the casing was kept at around 90. Now I am putting one of the cakes into the chamber with the casing as both of the cakes do not have enough room to fruit in the small chamber anymore. Is this ok? Most of the pins on the cake have already formed and I read somewhere that the mushrooms will grow better at a lower humidity once they have pinned
any suggestions?

Actually, they grow better with more FAE, which in turn will lower the humidity.

You can move them into the other chamber with no problem- though you could cross contaminate your grow space. The lower 90s should be better tha 100% for sure.
Either you are are initiating pinning, or not- so no need to wait to see pins at 100% RH, then just to move them. Wait and toss them directly (post dunk is so..) into the chamber at 90-95 RH, even before pins.

This is summarily false... Once the pins have formed almost all cellular division stops and the cells only grow in size by absorbing water. The more water that is available for this process to take place the larger the fruit will be...and since the fruit bodies can exchange gases directly though their cellular membranes the higher you can keep the humidity, the better.
That being said, anything over 85% is going to be adequate, although 90-95% at this point would be ideal...

I'd say get another 6$ fruiting chamber! Or get a bigass pretzel container! Or a 2liter soda bottle !
