Cap- Golden brown, sticky slimy
Gills- Unatached, white and purple
Stem- tannish color, quickly bruising bright purple
Spore print- Brown (I was surprised, expecting a bright purple
Habitat- dead leaves under trees at the edge of a deciduous forest in Japan
Smell- light mushroomy, not unpleasant

I'm posting pictures of the cap, gills, base, stalk, sporeprint, and purple bruising of several specimens of the same species;

Here are the pictures:

These mushrooms are in the genus Cortinarius. The webby veil on the stem which is covered in orange-brown spores gives it away. Its also common for corts to be purple.

It has a 0% chance of being active, pretty good chance of being toxic. Sure looks cool though.
