SWIM checked his WBS today, and it looks like its almost 100% completed (except for that one slow guy)... SWIM will likely case four of them tomorrow afternoon (for the size of the trays I have im guessing two quarts per tray, this will leave me with some to do grain2grain transfers..)... just curious how can one be sure its 100% colonized? SWIM means his jars that are almost done are completely white now (SWIM can still make out the grains, but looking at it, it looks like a snow-land-paradise)

Swims thinking in a few days, with one of my 100% colonized quart jars, Swim is gonna do a g2g. SWIM is planning on soaking the WBS for 36 hours (12 hours more than SWims done in the past), and gonna PC for 2 hours (30 min more than swims done in the past).
SWIM is gonna do the G2G transfer with his glove-box. Besides the basic stuff, like cleaning every surface, and spraying the hell out of it with Lysol and Bleach spray... any more suggestion of precautions SWIM should take with G2G..
The reason SWIM asks, is due to the heightened risk of CT with open air.. thanks

SWIM cased a few of his jars individually today, 3 of my casings have 1 quart each, and my other 2 casings have 1/2 quart each (his last two trays were smaller), plus wet verm (top and bottom) as my casing. swim is gonna need to get another fruiting chamber to hold the rest of them.

Those look like mine. I have 8 Pint jars with WBS. They all look like this pic except one that never showed 1 sign of growth. I have to make another PMP before I can open these up. How long can one wait before they open them up and case?

as suggested above, its best to wait a couple days to ensure the inside is completely colonized, the only reason SWIM cased a few of his this afternoon (just over 1 day from his pic), is cause the pics were of his golden teachers, and his Brazilian SWIM inoculated about a day and a half before my golden teachers (so SWIM cased a few of them today). The rest will be tomorrow (along with my g2g transfer, on sunday)
Good luck
