My BRF and grain jars are colonizing, however the bottom of the jars are waaaay wet, maybe 1-2cms up. Is this going to cause a problem?

Is water pooling up the sides of your jars?

Not pooling per say, but there is droplet condensation/formation.

These jars were syringe inoc. they do have a good layer of verm. on top( except for grain jars, which have no visual colonization yet) I'm hoping --since the upper portion of the BRF jars are colonizing first they will use the moisture ladden bottoms in the same way a plant would? Or am I just dreaming for the best outcome?

BRF should look and feel dry when loaded. There should be no visible moisture. If yours are wet on the bottoms, I doubt seriously they will colonize. RR

I had the same problem with my rye seed substrate. It will probably get worse as the grains start to decompose. I emptied them into fruiting trays and cased in dry peat moss, in hopes that it will absorb some of the moisture and induce colonization. Not much chance in it actually working though. I think we're both screwed. :-(

Condensation is normal, pooling is not.

Water usually condenses on the glass where mycellium grows.

the "wet" part wont colonize , but you can just scape off the uncolonized part and I suggest crumbling and casing them or spawning them to coir..
secondly you can cut out the uncolonized parts and dunk and roll, then place the cakes on foil in an FC..
wont yield much but whatever
