Thanks for the heads up!

omg, i'm such a fag.
i read this thinking it said Ru Paul and I got really excited and turned on Jay Leno. Then Jay Leno just said we have ron paul on here running for president and I thought "Ru Paul isn't running for president?"
I checked this thread and noticed it said RON PAUL.
LOLZ AT ME!

Oh c'mon.
You aren't seriously on this bandwagon, are you?

I'm interested in what the guy has to say due to the fact that, from what I can tell, I share a lot of basic principles with him. If that's cause to think I've hopped on any "bandwagon"well I can't really see it.

Just asking.
You seem like a reasonable person.

I've actually never read anything nor do i know anything on Paul's views or political plans. I always see people with his banner on here but i've never bothered to actually check him out.
Just figured id let those people who are into him know. I'm interested to see how he handles him on a talk show...

He laid out a good amount of his beliefs in the period of time he was given.
I'm stoked he was invited to be on and got some exposure.

No way! It was pretty funny to see a bunch of old fucks rocking Anarchy in the UK, but come on! They were pioneers in the punk industry. Johnny Rotten looked like Rod Stewart, though.

More and more I become convinced that Ron Paul is going to win.
And more and more I consider that Ron Paul may be an insider as well.
I just can't come to reconcile Ron Paul and his media exposure with the fact that our senior leadership in this country is composed of people who seek to wipe people like Ron Paul off the face of the planet, or at least the ideas he has. I can't reconcile him with the fact that the neocons must have been prepare for this type of backlash to their campain years ago. You know Clinton at one point had 5% also, and he won the presidency. But I'm fully convinced also that Clinton was an insider.
But you have to consider also, why would Jay Leno and other television get him on without him being very popular and attract attention to their program for $$.
In any case, I now accept it as a given that if it were truly up to the people, and if they were informed of the choices, Ron Paul would win. In most elections, a large number of people do not vote, and this usually includes mostly young people. But I cannot help but think that this election is very special, and much more people are going to be at the polls this year.

I don't know. The usual sites haven't found skull and crossbones, or illuminati/bilderberg/other cunty secret society link yet. He could be legit, and either a choice between him, or turd sandwiches and giant douches, I'd vote for him.

I want to vote for him, but I'm really really worried that voting for him is going to be like a vote for Hillary.
There's waaay too many conspiracy nuts in this world.
But being 20 years old, I've noticed most of of my peers are planning on voting, a lot more than I expected.

He's a stooge- you can count on it. Even if he were legit, the elections are all totally rigged... remember? This government is a total sham and we're not going to just be able to elect one person to start fixing it. It's a megalithic structure built on a very flimsy foundation... collapse is inevitable.
He claims he's a protestant but writes a letter of praise to pope JP2...? (for being such a great "pro-life" advocate no less ) Staunch Regan supporter? Used to appear in John Birch Society propaganda videos?
Anyone in a prominent political position who doesn't play along at a certain level is usually murdered or at least put out of their job, neither of which has happened to paul.
i think his main purpose is to draw people to the polls so their votes can be flipped.

what is wrong w/ writing a letter to pjpII? That guy was the shit, as far as popes are concerned. How was he not pro-life, or why is that funny- I think I'm interpreting you right that that is ironic or dumb for some reason?
and I'm sick of hearing all these conspiracy people w/out evidence to support them, or at least histroical precedent.
Besides, the Paul battle will be in the primaries, mostly, as he's not a third party candidate. Though I'll either vote for him or a libertarian in the general. Not sure how it works though, I've always written in third-party candidates... don't know how my state handles major-party write ins, though I dont' think its any different
