Just wondering if anyone had success spawning with a big ratio? I had a left-over pint jar of WBS and a brick of coir. So I spawned it on Sunday and made a mono tub...
Just curious if anyone has done anything like this and had good resaults?
Will also keep you updated!

Update: Been taking a long time. I got 2 other jars done colonizing. Was wondering if its a good idea to mix them into it?
There are only tiny mycelium balls all over, and been like that for a while... Would it hurt if I mixed in 2 more jars? or should I just wait it out???
What are your thoughts?

just leave it see what happens..the reason most folks dont use a high ratio is it takes too long to fully colnize and that = more chance for contams to set in..but it can be done and has

It sounds to me like your coir may be too wet. It should move pretty quickly if it is fluffy and only field capacity, not oversaturated. Be sure also to try not to leave any exposed WBS grains on the surface of the coir. I now always save a little bit of extra bulk to sprinkle on top of all the grain that has ended up sitting on the surface after mixing.
This will give you a better idea of when the bulk is fully colonized, and also help protect the grains from airborn spores. They will have a much harder time on the coir than they will on the WBS. Good luck!
