I didn't let my casings colonize enough, should I put them back?

I've got two rubbermaid tubs of WBS cased with miracle grow. I thought they were done enough but today I dug in the dirt a bit and the mycilium is about an inch down at least.
on one of the tubs a corner has quite a bit of pins maybe 30 or so and it's got some mushies already growing that I'll need to pick in the next 3-4 days probably. The other tub only has a few pins, less than 10 probably. They've both been out of the incubator for 3 or 4 days I believe.
So what should I do about this? Is it a bad idea to put them back in, did I just ruin them or what?

but I would think I would significantly reduce my yield though. A similar thing happened before and I only got a couple of grams out of 2 entire tubs because they would never even pin. I already have more mushies growing than I did that time, but none the less I'd like to try and salvage what I can.

yeah from a half a baking pan casing(got a little trich and had to cut out half) I got 30 grams wet, but it was my first grow. I have another casing that was done right I am waiting on.

74-77 is more ideal.
but 75-82 will work.
you don't want to heat the fruiting chamber at all. you want to fruit the whole room your fruiting is taking place in. you'll prevent condensation that way and have better success. so if you do have to heat things, just keep that in mind.
