It is day 13 since spore inoc. WBS. Keep in mind some of these were wet. This represents the best of the 7. Thanks!

They look 95-100% to me. How long have they looked like that? Usually when it gets to that point I like to wait a few more days to be sure that the interior is fully colonized.

They've only looked like that for a day or so prolly.

If you shook them up the grains are evenly dispersed so if the outside is colonized the inside is most likely as well.

I thought all grains had to be covered though. So that you couldn't see any grains really. No?

with a lot of grains the myc won't colonize the part of the grain pressed up against the glass. I'd say thats just about as colonized as that jar is going to get.

With BRF cakes you should let them colonize for an extra week after you think it's 100% just to be sure and to let the mycelium strengthen. I don't know shit about grain but you might want to look into that before you birth them. Good luck.
