WBS 100% colonized...now what

ok. so i know im making casings. i used quart jars and WBS. 100% colonized. i have some tupperware trays im going to use for the casing. and i have perfect mix for my casing layer. so basically, im wondering if i should use a bottom casing layer, like wet verm. im pretty sure i should, just dunno how much. im in search of a good tek, i used Doc's WBS for the most part. but now im just using my knowledge, no tek. does the rule of 1:4 casing to mycelium layer still work? i cant remember if that was current. once i lay out the WBS in its tray, i cover it with tin foil, or something...these tupperwares i bought have lids on them, that i planned on just closing. to let it recolonize after being transfered.
man, what i really need is a good tek to pick up after doc's id lik something to follow first, then come up with my own ideas!!! thanks

id like something more on top of things, and up to date. a good start tho, thanks. im pretty sure if i put wet verm in the bottom. and maybe a 1/2" of casing layer id be fine. substrate level should be right at 1/2" to 1"

i like to put some verm on the bottom.
if nothing else it acts as a reservoir storing water and soaking up and extra.

More like four inches. Other measurements seem ok.
