The best part of my day

Just getting ready to hit the gym. It's my home away from home, free from guilt, lies and weak thoughts that consume me at home. A place I can meditate with my weights and look at myself in the mirror a couple hundred times. Stare at the purdy ladies on the bikes or doing their stretches.
"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds." -Henry Rollins
What is your home away from home (other than the shroomery) or best part of your day?

Love that quote, love the gym.

The gym is an awaesome place.
Although i dont believe "the iron" is my greatest friend in all existence, or even the best part of the gym.
I just love a good work out while checking out the ladies in their tight, tight, oh so sweet sweats. those perfect breats bouncing up and down, the whole time wondering what their nipples might look and taste like. ohh man
after that i like to take a dip in the pool or jacuzzi, then maybe spend a few minutes in the sauna. its all so relaxing.:)

Christ, I despise gyms! I can't think of one redeeming quality that would ever make me want to go to one. There are way too many self-important, arrogant, vain motherfuckers at gyms for me. Not saying everyone who goes is like that, but way too many are and I can't stand being around people like that. Although I love a good workout, I would choose a bike ride or a surfing session any day of the week. Hell, I'd do sit-ups and push-ups in my living room before I'd go to a gym.
Sorry for the rant. Didn't mean to bag on your love of the gym. I wasn't taking a swipe at you with my knee-jerk reaction, I promise. So to get back on-topic...the best part of my day is sunrise. It doesn't matter where I am. On the jobsite, sitting at home with a cup of coffee, out catching a first-light surf session, or even just getting ready to pass out from an all-night party. Wherever I am the sunrise is always the best part of my day. I love mornings!

i don't gym,
i usually just tense all the muscles in my body as hard as possible(all sphincters included) for about 15 minutes everyday, keeps me in shape and helps my control my pant shitting.
my fav part of the day is waking up. GET RIGHT OUT OF THE BED.

The golf course, besides camping and hiking there is no better way for me to tune out the world then to whack a little white ball around for 4 hrs or so. It's like stepping into an alternate reality and as long as i keep my phone off i don't think about anything but my next shot for a long while.
Sucks ive been so broke otherwise id be playing a lot more. I miss golf.

The best part of my day is when I get home from work. I take off my work clothes, put on some comfy yoga pants & a t-shirt, and relax with my sons. Ahhhh...
