Would a cooler work?

Well I can't use my fridge for storing/drying shrooms, so could I use a cooler with ice? I know it would be a pain in the ass with all the ice, but it wouldn't get to freezing and I could keep in in my room. Any thoughts on this?

Don't bother! You don't HAVE to store dry shrooms in the freezer or refrigerator unless you plan to store 'em for YEARS.

You don't need cold to dry 'em either.

But I have heard this yields the best results, I have a small spare cooler in the basement anyways, (keeping a syringe of GT's in it now, no ice, but it's still pretty cool.) So is there a noticable difference, damn you trip miester you are not specific enough, I curse you twice for the two posts of mine you answered, thanks for the help though.

You won't have a problem without using a lack of heat. (No real appreciable difference)
