drying/preservation of shrooms

heres how im set up.

small size bucket of DampRid. DampRid in the bottom of the bucket with no towel or anything. Bent wire mesh screen elevating the mushrooms above dampRid.
the bucket is put in a pastic garbage bag and tied. Then the drying chamber is placed in the refigerator.

PF says For the best alkaloid preservation technique, the desiccant box can be put into the refrigerator and the mushrooms dried at near freezing temperatures.

your thoughts comments critizisms.
