Habitat - On a dead tree stump about five feet off of the ground, growing in a small patch, in a forest, western washington.
Gills - yellowish with a green tint, crowded and connected.
Cap - yellowish green, darker at the peak, smooth, about 1 1/2 inch across, convex. cap is kinda fragile.
stem - yellowish green, 2- 3 inch's tall, fairly skinny 2-4 cm, hollow. a dark brown ring towards the top, pretty straight.
i havent seen any bruising yet.
smells earthy
i also found some honey mushrooms at the bottom of this stump.
possible match to -sulfur tuft psilocybe - hypholoma fasciculare if it is a match are these mushrooms good or no?

All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter." --Max Planck

Actually, they used to be in the genus Psilocybe, and are closely related. They have undergone a few genera changes, and I think are now in Hypholoma. A lot of older field guides will still list them as "Sulfur Tuft Psilocybes." Other hypholomas will also have Psilocybe in their common name, ie "Brick Cap Psilocybe."
