went and checked my outdoor bed and finally some yield, I have kept it moist by takin water to the bed every day and then we had 2 days of mild rain
I went and checked it and found a SINGLE shroom popped up it was a little small and the cap hadnt opened all the way yet
is this a good sign as maybe more shrooms ar on the way? how much longer till I should see some more shroomies?
I hope it hurries because cold weather is at my back door!
whats this cold weather gonna do to my bed?
40's at night and 65-70 by day
four B+ BRF cakes crumbled with cow manure

Keep the myc moist. My gymnopilus patch made one tiny pin but I haven't seen anything after that.
Off topic: What are the coldest temperatures you think you'd see gymnopilus luteofolius fruiting at?

Here's what I do.. and I live in a very dry state and got more than an ounce form outside... Get yourself one of them misting hose setups from the garden store or hardware store... Just hook it up to the hose... Hang it 6-7 feet above the ground and run it like three to four time a day and you wont be disappointed... The shrooms stay small and close to the ground.. but if you keep the top soil moist... You should get more next time and they are usually meaty.
