Too aggressive mycelium?

I have been using MS LC of African Transkei for months now.
However, the resulting spawn/mycelium is too aggressive?
Whenever it is colonizing during the spawning to bulk stage... ...it is fruiting in its tray on the same day of complete colonization with ZERO FAE.
The only holes in the casing tray lids are small pinholes covered with micropore.
How can I keep this pre-initiated fruiting from occuring (so that I can get the casing layer on at the proper time).
Is it really THAT time crucial with EVERY strain?
The trays that DO get cased at the proper time rip through the casing layer within 24 hours.
Any advice is appreciated.

If it's really giving you that much of a pain in the ass, just case it right away, and throw it straight into the FC. If this mycelium is as aggressive as you say it is, you shouldn't run into any problems.

Sounds like it would be a BAD ASS invitro poo bag strain.

It just sounds like you have a great fruiting strain. I'm sure lots of growers would like to have your problem. RR

Well, thanks...I can understand that.
However, any advice?
Should I pick the tiny fruits that DO occur, and then case?
It seems to fruit OK without a casing layer, but a casing layer is phenomenal.

Case it right away?
At the first signs of top layer colonization?
(while uncolonized substrate is still exposed?)

with such an aggressive strain it might be worth casing immediately. spawn to bulk and case. treat the casing as you would a bulk substrate, cover with cling film / foil or whatever you normally use until myc starts to poke through, patch it and put into the fc covered with greaseproof for another couple of days, or until myc starts to pop through again.
