Finding Pan Subbs

Hello everyone, I have a question. About a month ago after having mowed my lawn, I raked up all the cut grass and put it into a garbage bag, sealed it up, and put it away somewhere. As of now, the grass clippings are pretty much decomposing. I was wondering that if I spread some of them around outside wether I might find subbs growing on the clippings, since it's finally supposed to rain tomorrow. I'm in Southern Connecticut.

It's possible without dung, but up north... I'd doubt it.
