cacti seedlings upcoming winter

i have a few san pedro seedlings they are babys
and i heard during winter means no water during hibernation
but you're supposed to keep them wet but not dry when they're
still seedlings..wtf should i do??
do i just keep them dry even though they gotta be damp? :confused:

best option would be to supplement with artificial light, they wont need a great deal of light as they are small...
alot of cacti growers do this over the winter for seedlings...

yep just keep them growing indoors all winter and dont induce dormancy :thumbup:
