Habitat: On a lawn in front of a retirement home. Just grass. Growing in solitary spots, but not far from each other. 5 or six inches from each other usually.
Gills: Light-light/dark brown.
Stem: Blue, almost completely, but with a light white/brown on the rest. Very thick, not hollow. about 3-5 millimeters in diameter.
Cap: Wavy, middle yellow (drying) and outsides light/dark brown. About 1/2 inch across.
Spore print color: Pending, but i will update when i get.
Bruising: Blue
Location: Seattle, WA
Sorry I have no pics; My camera is out of town currently, and I can't get pictures on my computer from my phone (shitty design)I am about 95% sure that these mushrooms are Psilocybe Cyanescens, and I just want the go-ahead to pick them for worth.
Thank You!

if the stems blue it doesn't sound like a psilocybe. Theyre tan brown and bruise blue. I found a blue shroom the other day, not active or edible, look amazing though.

I'm going to have to go with a 95% sure on this from the description to. But did they turn exceptionally blue when you picked them? Because usually they are lightly blueish before picked.
Other then that is the habitat, they usually grow in wood debris, saw dust, also amongst leaves and twigs. I've also heard of mulched areas, but I've never seen anything about them growing in just grass.
Thats just my opinion though I'm not anywhere near a professional so I'd prob find someone locally who knows what they are exactly.
Best of luck to ya sounds like a great find if it indeed is. =)
