Very nice, but I will insist that you learn how to properly set the _white balance_ of your camera, your pics would look much better...

The "Cuzcos" have no V-notches? Their siblings have them, although not strongly.

nice pics, the white balance is mildly better on the second attempt.

try using it under "florescent light" that usually works for normal inside lights on mine.

well between taking pics under my flouros and going under the 1000w HPS theres a big difference in brightness and color of the light.
instead of fucking with my camera every time I take pics I just set it to auto.
I can adjust color balance in Polyview software
BTW what kind of cam do you have??
I got a Fujifilm and it may have different settings

regraft it to a bigger/better stock. should speed right up! pereskiopsis only goes so far, although usually farther than that one.

the peresk/trich forest. the one at the back is that 3 scions on one stock? be cool to see when they are big...but i always found pereskiopsis to not do very well with multi branched grafts...mine any way lol.

the new pics are looking good! get the camera sorted?

its probably so slow due to the stock being so short and having no leaves, was it always so short or have u buried it deeper?
well anyway, now the scion is relying on itself mainly for photosynthesis and using the stock only for roots...

it was actually a stunted runt seedling so I grafted it and even then it almost died.  It is still slowly picking up in growth though.

one thing I did notice about Pereskiopsis is they have Stomata on the stems cause I took a macro shot and could see them.

  Kada
yep I may plug in more Pereskiopsis to it

I always knew the leaves of plants had them but not the stems.
I am definitely no expert on any of that type of shit though

maybe I will examine closer with a pocket microscope  and also make some slides for my 1000x microscope just for the hell of it cause I am bored :bongload:
