Feasting on anything delectable tonight?
    #7563811 - 10/26/07 04:09 PM (16 years, 3 months ago)

I now sit infront of

Breadcrumbed salmon with lemon, wild caught(farm = light pink meat, wild caught = bright pink)

A heaping plate of organic mixed green salads with a half an organically-raised italian-seasoned chicken, flax oil, radishes, feta cheese, and sun dried tomatoes, sprinkled with raw maitake mushroomies

A glass of carrot juice

This shall be tasty. Any other feasts going down?

I don't even know what Borsh IS, actually.

Mm, fried rice and scrambled eggs. I like to lace my scramblies with swiss cheese

Ok I decided to feast some more, and just ate a buffalo chicken panini (sourdough bread, provalone cheese, blue cheese dressing, baby spinach, tomatoes, and 5 chicken fingers)

I think I should be able to last the night on that. I plan on enjoying a Klondike ice cream sandwich after.

YEAH!

I wish I could get good sushi where I live but sadly they don't have it here.

Maybe it'll spur some funky recipes. Other than that, it's just me relaxing on a friday night being grateful for eating some nice foodies =))))

I had a homemade burger earlier cooked on the grill. Almost any burger beats the fast food crap.

Later I am having Alaskan king crab dipped in butter. The drink? Bourbon.

It is wonderful. Very delicate and somewhat sweet and takes on whatever flavor you cook/dip it in. I buy it at WalMart in the frozen seafood section by the pound. It is not as expensive as you might think.

eggs that come from high capacity commercial hen houses usually have a pretty high rate of salmonella due to crowding, living in filth, being pumped full of antibiotics and hormones, i think the ratio is something like 1 egg per 50,000 has salmonella. but the rate is MUCH lower in organic, free range chickens. ive been eating roughly 3-6 raw eggs a day for almost 2 years, havent got salmonella once. i used to have my own chickens, which had superior eggs, but ive moved and now just get organic freerange from the store, havent had a problem with them yet. you just have to check the eggs and make sure theyre good, make sure they dont float in water and they dont have any cracks.

try it with cheap eggs, and im sure youll have a full force evacuation from both ends.
