Habitat: i found these on an old rotting tree that had fallen over in the woods.

Gills: orange

Stem: light brown, inch and a half long

Cap: 4-5 inches in diameter, orange with brown in the middle and around the edges of the cap.

Spore print color: orange

Bruising: no bruising observed

Location: Michigan

Habitat: found growing on horse dung

Gills: dark brown

Stem: light brown, thin and fragile

Cap: dark brown but has a light brown circle in the middle of the cap

Spore print color: dark brown, almost black looking

Bruising: no bruising observed

Location: Michigan

Habitat: found growing by a compost pile made up of horse dung and hay

Gills: light brown, but darker then the cap

Stem: fragile, thin

Cap: the caps have different shades of brown on them

Spore print color: light orangy brown

Bruising: no bruising observed

Location: Michigan

1) Galerina, maybe Galerina marginata
2) Psathyrella
3) Conocybe, maybe Conocybe lactea
