Making a syringe

Ok so i did a little UTFSE and came up with some ideas, but here is the dilemma.
I have dogs, and very lived in house. Its not dirty, but im sure there is PLENTY around to contaminate my syringe.
I have a nice print sitting in an envelope on foil (thanks Jeet) and want to make it a syringe.
My thought was this.
PC the syringe, a shot glass, turkey baster boil some distilled water clear table completely. cover an area in saran wrap or foil clean it with a 10% bleach solution (or alcohol?) wash hands arms wear gloves place shot glass on table fill it with boiling water (using a turkey baster) cover with alum foil and allow to cool Lysol area open print foil and scrape spores in to now cooled water with tip of syringe suck up spores.
Suggestions...

Thanks for your concern. but just so you know...
{from Wikipedia} A popular myth about distilled water is that it has the dangerous property of being more easily heated above its normal boiling point without actually boiling (as seen in Mythbusters) in a process known as superheating. When superheated water is disturbed or has impurities added to it, a nucleation center for bubbles form. These bubbles are then new nucleation centers, and a sudden, explosive boiling can occur, possibly causing serious injury to those nearby. However, distilled water and tap water do not differ in their ease of or danger in being superheated. The dissolved impurities in motionless tap water do not present enough disturbance to inhibit superheating.

when transferring the spores off your print you would have a much lower damage rate if you were too...
1 - get an inoculation loop. if you can't, go to the cosmetics section of your local pharmacy and look for a "black-head remover" tool. Fundementally, they're they same damn thing.
2 - flame sterilize the inoculation loop until it's red hot for a second and then drop it into your sterilized water and use it to pull out a small bead of water.
3 - drop that bead of water on the print and gently swirl it around for a couple seconds with the inoculation loop and then drag that bead of spores back into your shotglass.
---- Using a sharp edge against the dry spores will cut, tear and otherwise damage a good deal of them rendering them useless for colonization...

actualy i was thinking of just laying the print over the shotglass (print tward water) and giving it a flick/tap... the print is the perfect size ...

That would drop god only knows what into your solution. Lots of contaminant spores are all over prints, because there's no such thing as a sterile print. Use an inoculating loop to get a small amount of spores off the top layer of the print. RR
