 Help with opium

Hi guys, i always said before i died i wanted to try opium once. Well now i have a chance to. This girl has some and wants to smoke with me saturday, but wants me to pay for it. How much is like a gram of opium cost so i know how to average a price. Also she said she's had it for a year so I would like to know if it would still get me "high". Thanks for all your help guys.

It's pretty hard to get your hands on opium. It could very easily be some other opiate tar, but I don't know how much the euphoria will change.
I think your best bet would be to grow your own poppies and make some homemade opium.

Black tar heroin is opium — acetylated opium. It's opium that's put through the same chemical process used to make heroin; it's done because it's cheaper than making real heroin.

...so clearly black tar heroin is not opium. Heroin is acetylated morphine, but nobody will tell you that heroin = morphine.
On another note, I don't think price discussions are allowed but on the off chance that I'm wrong opium should run you around $20 for a gram. Keep in mind that fake opium is RAMPANT in the states and you very well may not get high at all. Like someone else said your best bet is just to grow your own, opium is really hard to come by on the street.

if shes had it for a year, its prolly fake opium, thats why she had no interest in smoking it. cuz i dont know anyone else that would have some cache of opium for a year and not touch it. also she wants you to pay for it, then smoke her out? pretty dumb. i mean the right thing to do would of been offer to smoke her out anyway, but she demanded?
chances of getting real opium in usa, is slim to none. seriously. dont believe when ppl tell you they have it.

If you live anywhere near NY, then Chinatown would be worth a visit. Very crowded and confusing though... And opium dens don't look like too much fun either.

Are there really opium dens in chinatown? I know they smoke opium in China, but I didn't think Chinatown would have opium

thanks for some feedback guys. She didnt demand to be smoked up i offered it and she hasnt touch the opium just because she didnt want to smoke it. shes into pills and coke lol. anways i known her for a while and trust her. If it doesnt get me high then i just dont pay its simple as that.

you guys sound crazy its not that hard to find around atlanta. $20 a gram is usually just about right but growing really is easy.
