Hey Guys!!!
I recently went on a little adventure to a prime mushroom spot of the the great state of Washington and came back with these babies. I have been reading alot about Amanitas and there are many different views and opinions on these mushrooms. All I'm hoping to receive is a thumbs up most definitely the Muscaria or thumbs down most definitely not. I've heard these are some of the most easily identifiable mushrooms simply because there isn't much else that looks like them. Please let me know if I am ill informed.

Here's a picture of some bad ass Cyanescens that i picked also:

yes u are ill informed, there are alot of red/orange amanitas in the states that are not a. muscaria...
however yours do appear to be the correct ones, its all about the concentric rings of scales at the base of the stipe, which i can see in your pics
u should let them mature and drop some spores before u pick them though...

its the combo of of muscimol, muscarine, and ibotenic acid. amanita M are very active and can do some crazy things you could say they are more along the lines of a dissociative like PCP tho. dont knock it just cause didnt get the full experience because everyone else that has knows the truth including my friend thats a RXist who had it in college. its all about proper preperation.

glad we agree that they are not a psychedelic then, my observation is not based on experience, its just a fact.
