Recently Wronguy made a post about how we handled a customer and then closes the thread before we can reply and give our opinion.

I find this very disturbing and abusive to the forum. All we were trying to do is protect the customer and our business. We have a very detailed disclaimer and terms of use to agree to before ordering, if you don't read this and abide by the terms that is your decision, and that is what happened with the customer in question. So we refunded them.
If you have a problem with a syringe or product we have 100% satisfaction guarantee..All you need to do is ask for a replacement or refund if your not happy, you do not need to mention how you grew an LC and it didn't colonize, you don't need to mention how your mushrooms are growing and you didn't get as much as expected, you don't need to mention weight or quantity produced... you don't need to mention ANYTHING related to cultivation.
So when a customer blatantly abuses this simple and important rule, we have no choice but to inform them of our legal disclaimer and refund them if they are not happy.
That is exactly what we did. So next day we have Wronguy coming here and hijacking a positive customers testimonial about our company. Why couldn't you have PM'd me? or discussed in private instead of changing the topic of a customers thread, making us look bad, then closing the thread so we can't post our defence. You could have even made a new thread.. but instead you clearly wanted to undermine our positive testimonial and close it with a negative post.
I would like to hear it from Wronguy then, in a case were the customer is blatantly asking cultivation information in MORE than one email, what should we do? How are we supposed to protect our business and the customer, when a customer is abusing the terms of use?

Down with Wronguy!
It's painfully obvious to us what's going on here and I am sure Wronguy has some answering to do. We are not fighting with this guy anymore when we can go straight to the top.
Just to clarify - Wronguy's great advise to us was to answer cultivation questions concerning psilocybe species...well I would like to say that you are crazy Wronguy if you think thats a smart move.
But then what the hell does he know about selling spores online anyway??? If these are his business opinions in this business then I think he may be a danger to everyone who posts at The Shroomery.
I'm pissed.
Is this how Shroomery sponsors who pay thousands of dollars a year for advertisement get treated by moderators!!!???

I cannot discuss this matter or give my opinion... due to professional courtesy to the Vendor and Moderator involved.
I can't play the middle man on issues like this one!~
and I don't want to see any more posts on this matter til geokills has seen this thread and the other thread.
