worst shit you've seen at an all-night Diner?

you know... like Denny's, iHop, Village Inn, etc. where everyone goes after the bars close.
So here's the scene.
5am. my friend just had a "birthday inferno". which basically means we drank ourselves sober than drunk than halfway sober again. Oh and I might add that this was the first night I did adderall.
so we stumble into the nearest Dennys, grab a table and place our drink orders. water all around. We're all sitting there, looking over the menu when suddenly my friend, we'll call him Jason (as that's his name), starts to shake violently while his eyes go back in his head.
OH SHIT OH SHIT, we're trying to bring him back to... then he sits straight up and pukes all over the table top. It's completely GREEN. Yes, he literally puked green.
After he pukes he looks down and says "hmmm, must be green cuz I smoked menthols" then slouches back, passed out cold.
By that time everyone has climbed out of the booth and a bus boy comes around, probably just assuming someone knocked over a glass of water. He takes one look at the mess and turns around. We're like "shit sorry dude..." and spot a trash can and roll of paper towels in the wait station, where my other friend wipes it into the trash can. He wasn't phased since his mom was a home-nurse and apparently puking all over a table is a common occurrence.
Jason starts coming to by this point and says "wow, I actually feel better now"
So we spray down the table and wipe it off... several more times... and continue on like normal, and place our orders. So we're waiting for our food and Jason's like "I gotta piss" so he gets up and heads to the bathroom. 15 minutes later we send a search party in after him... only to find him slouched over in the corner of the bathroom by the urinals with has pants (but not boxers?) around his ankles.
We help him stumble out to the car where he passes out while we finish our meals.
The next day we find out that it was some kamikaze drink mix that made his puke green, not the menthols.

Some of my guys friends and I were really drunk and decided I wanted some perkins breakfast at about 4am. Half way threw our meal 15 drag queens walked threw the door. One of them looked at my friend and said heyyy boyssss. I almost puked and asked for my check.

We were at a Crystal's, sometime around 1 or 2 am, tripping pretty good, and this cop walks in to order. And he's staring at my friends and I, and he knows something's up, but he's a newbie cop, so he doesn't know what to do, he just keeps staring at us. And it's taking forever to get piggy his food.
I told my friends he was scoping us out. I was starting to get the Fear. Meanwhile, my friend Kirk inserts his fingers into his hamburger bun and turns it into a puppet. "Hi, kids! I'm Mr. Hamburger!" Jebus, we all laughed hysterically. Not just laughing, I mean we were fucking gasping for air and falling out of the booth, crying from the laughter. I'd look at Mr. Hamburger, and I'd look at the cop, and I never laughed so fucking hard in my life. We could not contain our shit, and all the while this cop is giving us the hairy eyeball. All this went on for an eternity, but finally the cop left.

Nothing too wild on my side either, besides going to the Waffle House with some friends after hotboxing at 2 in the morning and no doubt smelling like Mary Jane's ass.

When someone passes out its ALWAYS best to err on the side of caution and call the paramedics.
I know, you US people don't have free health care, but repeatedly passing out just isn't good. People die that way.

Whaat? That just sounds a little ridiculous. Passing out happens all the time if someone gets too plastered
I'd call them if they were completely unresponsive, but passing out towards the end of the night after drinking all night is pretty normal

When you pass out from alcohol you are very close to alcohol induced coma. Once you have that, death can be close by. Drinks take approximately 45 minutes to fully kick in so someone who passes out might sink into unconsciousness deeper and deeper.
Its not mushrooms. People die by alcohol every single day.

Dude, do you have any idea how much money it costs just to call the paramedics??? TONS. Especially if you don't have any insurance. A ride to the hospital in an ambulance is at least a grand. Then they charge you a fortune on top of that for each little piece of equipment they use on you. If you're passed out from alcohol one night, which is extremely common, there's no waaaay you're willing to risk like 2,500 bucks just to make sure and see if you're okay. Nobody even has that kind of money when they're young. If people are sick, somebody takes THEM to the hospital, but only if they're about to die.
I know this must seem nuts, but I have seen friends od on meth/ ecstasy and refuse to go to the hospital. They were so dehydrated they collapsed twitching on the floor, they puked all over the place for six hours, but they wouldn't be taken. Why?
1. They couldn't afford it 2. I live in Texas. Being under the influence of a controlled substance is against the law, and the doctors WILL call the cops.
I personally became very sick after taking too much morphine and opted out of a hospital visit. I was so sick I couldn't keep down ice chips for days. The next day I got on a plane and flew to Chicago, puking the whole way. No one even asked if I needed a medic.
Hospitals aren't for Americans. Unless you've been shot.

One late night in a dinner I saw a typical junkie nodding out at the counter. He was a an old guy who clearly had gotten hooked on junk sometime in the late 80s days of heavy metal. He was waering acid washed jeans and a grey sweatshirt with the sleeves cut off that was covered in massive brown stains. Visible track marks on his arms, and scars all over his face and neck...probably from getting cut up by a dealer who was tired of not getting paid.
He was drooling all over himself and kept passing out in mid sentence with the waitress, who eventually went up to him and said "HEY! YOU! Don't die in my section! If you don't get yourself together I'm calling an ambulance."
At which point he sat bolt upright, blurted out something about the chilli being the best around, and walked out the door into the night.

Refusing medical help because of hospital or doctor fees is the American dream. An ambulance ride into town will cost you $500.

Denny's was the high school hangout for my clique. We'd come in 3 or 4 cars rolling 10-15 deep, and take over the entire smoking section. I remember tripping, rolling, and being drunk in Denny's too many times to recall. I even took hits off a sneak-a-toke in there.
My crew had this one table all carved up with all our names on it, but the dickhead manager had it resurfaced. He had some kind of problem with us because we would pile in to his restaurant and be underage smokin, all kinds of fucked up, and most of us would only order coffee or water, cuz we were all broke-ass teenagers.
Denny's was the meet-up place, the find a party place, the dope deal place, and the pre-and post concert/rave/event place.
So I saw some fucked up shit, crackheads and rednecks at 4AM kinda shit. Once this hood rat chick came in and called the cops on her boyfriend who she claimed was beating her, but I didn't see any bruises. Then the boyfriend comes in and tries to talk some sense into her, being real nice and calm. She starts loudly accusing him of abuse, and the staff kind of turn on the boyfriend. They're all talkin about calling the cops and the boyfriend is like: "No, don't do that to me, don't frame me like that, I didn't do anything."
Then the chick starts beating her boyfriend with her purse while the manager is on the phone with the cops. The bf runs out of the restaurant, gets in his car and drives off. The cops show up, and the chick is sitting in a booth telling the cops all this shit about how her boyfriend beat her, and I think they put out some kind of warrant on him.
I think that was the most drama I've ever seen at Denny's. Other than the fight my two friends got into over a bad drug deal. That was kinda cool, they knocked over tables and shit, then the fight got broken up and everybody bailed before the cops came. Denny's could be a real confrontational place where people who aren't cool with eachother bump into one another and shit happens. Couples break up there all the time, too, funny shit to watch.
