well ill stil have faith for now. ive usually had good expirences with spores101, i can understand shit happends. ya it sucks, and delays my schedule a couple weeks, but hopefully they will keep their word and compensate for whats now been a month...

We made a mistake on Knotty's order so we refunded him 25%, added 2 syringes onto his order and upgraded his shipping to UPS ground with tracking today.
We correct our mistakes.
Wonderland420 - that MushSux is very offensive..please remove it.

making a sig with a banner that bashes a friendly shroomery sponsor, someone who pays hundreds every month to keep themselves up and running(money which goes to keeping this place running!!!), is just the same as if every post you said "mushbox sucks!!!"
its rude, disrespectful, and SPAM!
if u have something to say, make a SINGLE thread about it in the sponsors forum like a respectful being. putting it in your sig is just plain fucked. i hope u learn some respect.

There is also the matter of some sort of copyright infringement I am sure as well. I would have to ask my lawyer but I am sure there is something not kosher about that. I don't really want to do that...I am hoping we can settle whatever the matter is without resorting to anymore childish behavior.

Hey, Spores101. You know that I love you guys as much as anyone. But the logo was obviously intended to be funny in a mean-spirited sort of way. That makes it a parody. Completely covered under the fair use provision of US copyright law. That's why they have all those teeshirt companies with misappropriated logos. I still think it's a lame banner, but your rights are not actually being violated now.

spores 101 refunded $19 into my account and said they shipped the order today. they said it was an office error with filing. hey shit happends i can understand, but like a great company they are, they made up for it. i never lost faith or was pissed at spores101. ive always had great experience with them. shit happends. people make mistakes...thanks again guys

I have to admit that I did laugh a little as the logo obviously had some time and effort put into it...but of course I don't want that floating around there.

Not really sure how mushbox came into this thread anyway.. I thought it was a post about Spores101.
Wonderland you have every right to complain if your order is late so you will get compensated if you give us a chance. Last thing we want is angry Shroomery customers.. so whatever it takes to impress you PM me and let me know!
We have had issues with our shopping cart software among other things, but all these issues are not the customers fault.. with increase business comes new problems to solve, and apparently the shopping cart software we are using is not able to cope with all the traffic, so we are upgrading.
ANY customer that is not 100% satisfied.. let me know privately first so we can have a chance to make it right!
The logo is funny, but I hope we can change your view of us into MUSHROX like others..
