Contam in BRF jars, anybody know what it is?

I saw a little bit of this before I sterilized (I didn't have a PC, so I had the jars in a pot with some water boiling on high for about an hour)(and I didn't get a chance to sterilize until 2 days after I filled the jars), and it seems to have survived the semi-sterilization.
However, in the jars with more myc growth, this mold doesn't seem to be stopping the myc from growing (it grows over the mold), even though I'm sure the mold has continued growing after the sterilization.
If the jars do in fact colonize and turn out well desptie the mold, should I have any worries?

I have no idea, but it looks like cobwebs. Maybe it could be cobweb.

If in doubt, start over. Next time, you need to steam the jars at least 90 minutes. I often use 2 hours. When the water boils, turn down the stove to the minimum setting that will keep it boiling. Begin counting time at that point. RR

RR might've added to sterilize your jars before they develop live mold

The myc has been growing over/through this stuff no problem actually - Given that the myc is actually growing well, should I have any health concerns about eating the fruits, assuming those grow well without incident?

They will not grow over/through that with no problem if it's a mold. I'd also be highly suspicious that what you're seeing as myc (pictures?) is not just further mold mycelium.
When in doubt let your fully colonized cake rest for a week or so; any contamination will be evident. The fruit bodies will be fine to eat.

I'm thinking maybe the mold didn't actually grow since I sterilized, and I just didn't notice how bad the mold had gotten before I sterilized. Whats growing now is definately mycelium, not any further mold. Regardless, they're all nearly completely colonized now, and I'm looking forward to the finished product
