white mold on wild azurescens

hey there, and sorry if this is covered in another post. but i've been picking some wild azurescens and i stupidly put a batch of them in a tupperwear container before every bit of moisture had left them, and i just opened it up and there's a little bit of the white mold on them of course. not very much, generally just around the edge of the caps.
so, can i salvage them, or do i need to toss them all? not all of them have visible mold... i sure don't want to waste them, but it's a learning experience i suppose.
thanks much(!)

If you are concerned, trim off the moldy areas. If you are still worried, then boil them into tea before consumption. And of course, be sure they are cracker dry before storing again.

how moist had they been? had you considered that your 'mold' might be vegetative hyphae, caused by the excessive humidity in the tupperware?
do they smell any different? does any of the mold like growth have any color of sporulation?
if you have any doubt at all, i would recommend just plain chucking them, but they might be perfectly fine.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

they definetely were still too moist when i put them in the tupperwear. the mold is all white with no other colors, and they don't smell as nice as the fresh batch that's almost dried now. they just smell a little danker and older. still, there's not much mold and i would guess it'd be fine to make them into tea, but i'm not positive, as i'm a bit of an amatuer...

Trim the bad areas, and make tea.
