60 minutes should be good for 1/2 pint BRF jars, right? And....90 minutes for 1 quart grain jars.

(I know it's not 100% necessary to PC BRF jars, but I do it anyway to make sure there's 100% no contams)

this was a table found online about the different pc weight or wobblers and the temp they produce. good luck!
Pressure lbs per sq inch Temperature Reached § Device Boiling Time 5 weight 228 ° F * 109 ° C * pressure cooker Inadequate Temperature 10 weight 240 ° F * 115 ° C* pressure cooker Inadequate Temperature 15 weight 250 ° F * 121 ° C * pressure cooker 30 min 30 weight 270 ° F** 132 ° C** autoclave 15 min

I'm pretty sure after two years, they had their answer.
Bear in mind those temps are based on sea level. For those of us at elevation, the temps at pressure will be less.
I'd still suggest an hour for brf cakes and 90 minutes for grains. In fact, I use 90 minutes at 20 psi for grains, on the principle of better safe than sorry. RR

RR thats the problem is that one guy lives at sea level like me less then 300 ft. and others live 17000 feet in the rockies, so things are always a little different especialy with water and boiling, because things boil differently with different pressure so what works in the mountains does not work exactly the same at sea level. use to overboil my shit all the time, or have run out of water at times too because of this, there is more science then art in this case. I was hoping that the people using the 10 weight would see that it is tech. not enough at sea level so higher up is worse, and thanks have read a lot of your notes and it sound like cleanliness is next to godliness, thnak you for the wealth of info.

I agree %100 with you RR,,,I think everyone should stick to the phrase "by the book"
When they have had a few consecutive successful grow's,I then and only then would recommend experimenting.
When I first started this hobby I did everything by the book,,,As I matured as a hobbyist I only then ventured.
